Traineeship Declaration by Petr

Hello to everyone !!!!!

Especially greetings to new trainees in Headway!!, I hope especially for old experienced staff u don’t beat or pressure them too much. I still remember my experience :))))))))))))

Anyway I also apologize that I did not write any email for a long time,
but I was quite busy and also fed up with writing.

But maybe u ask what’s new here and when I am coming back :))) So I
guess I will start from the beginning since I wrote last tym :))

So my cultural shock connected with reintegration is more or less over
:))) but now it is being replaces with cultural fatigue :))) Nope
seriously I am ok, no problems at all, but I have so many comments :))

Well, after 4 months here I can say that weather is the the worst to get to used to it back. Unfortunately I came back in the worst winter during last 60years. Normally we have like 0 months of snow in Prague and 3 in mountains and temperatures like -5C. This year it was 3 months in Prague and still in mountains (up to now 6 month but I guess it will be one month more at least), temperatures like – 25C and according to ordinary customs winter should be far most over in March. Now it’s April and it is still so cold with minus temperatures !! Even more now because of increase in temperatures really massive snow thaw emerged and we have terrible floods even in Prague .. Really stupid, 4 main czech cities flooded up to 3 meters high :(((( and not counting hundreds of those small villages ....

Really crazy and I am missing those hot temperatures in Manila ... In
attachment I have sent u picture of me in winter outfit taken like 1
month ago :)) and some pictures of current situation here.

As I mentioned in previous last month I was trying to manage my diploma
thesis, and actually still after those terrible 30 days I am missing 2
last chapters with conclusion and recommendation, but according to my
teacher and diploma supervisor it’s quite good written so I hope I will
have this obligation passed. I don’t know if I have mentioned it earlier but the topic of my thesis is “Business in Philippines“ :D So I wrote about such terrible people there like Pao, Noli, Mike :)) and others ... Hehehe, well no just joke :))) it was more focused on cultural differences & uniqueness rather than on environment ...

With my work here – well getting used to that SAP system. I am really
starting to understand this system so now I can be HPL consultant for
SAP. I started also little bit customizing SAP and programming in ABAP
language. So maybe when I come back to Philippines we might be even more better with integration to SAP :))

Rest is still the same working and learning for exams I hope this stupid period will be fast over since I don’t like textbooks hehehe, I prefer rather school of life called Headway :)) But now I will have one good time since our cat is moving to my flat :)), my parents‘ flat is
luckily undergoing some reconstruction, so our mischeavous cat will b
living with me. Huh, I hope he will not destroy my flat :)) since he is
really wild and strong in comparison to Puchi :)))

So I hope everything is fine now with u there in Manila, I am still in
contact with some people over Skype or Yahoo :)) I heard some good
stories about „surprising boom“ of HBS and so on :P :)))
